1. About Arthuriumss

Arthuriumss is an independent Anthurium collector, seller, and breeder based in Indonesia.

Through our website, we offer Anthurium plants, cultivars, hybrids, and related products for sale.

Because our products are living plants, their appearance, size, color, growth, and condition may naturally vary.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • You understand and accept the risks associated with purchasing and shipping living plants.

If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, living plants are naturally variable.

The actual plant you receive may differ slightly from photographs shown on the website due to:

4. Plant Variegation and Genetic Characteristics

Arthuriumss does not guarantee that:

  • Variegation will remain at the same level
  • New leaves will develop the same pattern as previous leaves
  • A plant will maintain a particular coloration
  • A mutation will remain stable
  • A plant will produce a particular phenotype in future growth

Unless a specific characteristic is expressly guaranteed in the product description, such characteristics are considered natural and variable aspects of living plants.

5. Plant Availability

All plants are subject to availability.

A plant may become unavailable due to:

  • Damage before shipment
  • Health or cultivation issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances

If a plant becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Arthuriumss may contact the customer to discuss a replacement, store credit, refund, or another suitable solution.

The customer is responsible for understanding and complying with the plant import laws and regulations of their destination country.

Before placing an international order, customers should confirm that the relevant plant species or material can legally be imported into their country.

Depending on the destination, the customer may be responsible for obtaining:

  • Import permits
  • Phytosanitary-related documentation
  • Plant quarantine approvals
  • Customs documentation
  • Other required permits or certificates

Arthuriumss does not guarantee that a particular plant can legally enter the customer’s country.

11. Customs, Quarantine, and Government Authorities

Arthuriumss is not responsible for plants that are:

  • Held by customs
  • Delayed by quarantine
  • Rejected by authorities
  • Returned to the sender
  • Destroyed by authorities
  • Subject to additional inspection
  • Subject to import restrictions

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, quarantine fees, storage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Customer Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

This includes:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • Postal code
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Any other information required for delivery

Arthuriumss is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

13. Living Plant Shipping Risks

By purchasing a living plant, the customer acknowledges that transportation can cause temporary stress or physical changes.

Possible effects include:

  • Wilting
  • Yellowing leaves
  • Minor leaf damage
  • Folded leaves
  • Changes in coloration
  • Loss of older leaves
  • Temporary growth slowdown
  • Media movement
  • Shipping stress

These conditions do not automatically mean that the plant is defective.

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate care and acclimation after receiving the plant.

14. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and DOA claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

In particular, DOA claims must generally be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and may require clear photographic and video evidence, including an unboxing video.

15. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted before an order has been prepared or shipped.

Once a plant has been packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any approved cancellation or refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
